Why are your prices so CHEAP. Are these damaged, returned or previously slept on?
ABSOLUTELY NOT. Here is just one example of how we are able to offer such great prices. When a hotel places an order with the factory generally the factory will make up about 3% more beds than needed to account for potential shipping damage or defective merchandise. So for example on a 500 bed order the factory will build 515 mattress sets. Once the 500 have been delivered and any exchanges have been done then whatever is leftover say 10 beds WE BUY THEM UP. This happens pretty much weekly so we are committing to buy ALL of these orders each and every week at a price that is 70% off Wholesale. We pass this saving on to you by offering you up to 70% off RETAIL PRICES. So a $1500 retail bed could go for as cheap as $450.00. This is just one of the ways we source our inventory.
Does the Mattress set come with any type of Warranty?
ABSOLUTELY. The very same warranty you would receive in a retail store. The mattress Sets are warranted for 10 full years against mattress collapse or sagging. You may contact the Mattress Guy or Restonic directly.
Where Can I view the mattress sets? Do you have a showroom?
NO fancy showrooms. The beds are housed in small garages or storage facilities. You are welcome to meet with our representative and view the merchandise. Also as we always have extra inventory on the delivery truck we can come to you if you are in our delivery area, have you look at the inventory and deliver it on the spot. We keep our overhead down as it is the consumer that ultimately pays for ALL advertising and showrooms through the pricing of the mattresses. Our method is SIMPLE yet very effective.

Do you sell just mattresses?

Who is Restonic and why have I not heard of them before?
Restonic is a 70 year old company originally founded in 1939 They have concentrated most of their efforts in the USA and advertise mostly through their dealer network. They decided rather than spending millions of dollars per week in advertising they would make the very best product they could. They have had their mattress named best value overall by Consumers Digest magazine for the past 7 years in a row. They warranty is awesome. The quality is every bit as good as any of the major manufacturers such as Sealy, Simmons or Serta without the huge overhead spent on advertising. Check out their website at www.restonic.com .
Where are the mattresses made?
They are made in CANADA under licence to Restonic. This way the prices can remain low as there is no cross border shipping or duties. Also warranty replacement is done easily and efficiently.
How does the Warranty work?
The warranty like most is DIRECTLY with the manufacturer. You get a warranty card with your purchase. Simply fill it out and drop it in the mail. Keep your receipt and the other part of the warranty card. If there is ever a problem with your mattress set call the 800 number on the warranty card. That's all there is to it. Warranty claims are very rare.
